TriMedSoc Alliance
Our History
The TriMedSoc Alliance, formally established in June 2021, is the coming together of the three student representative bodies of the medical schools in Singapore: the Duke-NUS Student Council, the LKC Medicine Students’ Medical Society, and the NUS Medical Society. The alliance was founded upon the vision that by collaborating on a common goal, we can be more effective stewards for change, that our voices can be heard louder and wider, and that our programmes can benefit more students. Whilst we operate as individual societies, we all have a common interest in the outcomes and welfare of our peers in other schools – it is through this that we come together.

What we do
This year, the TriMedSoc Alliance is organising the National Medical Students Convention in collaboration with the Singapore Medical Association, as well as a Hackathon-cum-Symposium and inter-healthcare sporting event. We are also championing the concerns of the collective medical student body through open dialogue with stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health.
