Why did you decide to join the Arts and Culture directorate? 
Since I like the arts, such as listening and making music, drawing and animating things, it was only natural for me to join AnC directorate. I wanted to help in showcasing artworks, and this way a good channel to share my abilities and interest.

How did you contribute to the directorate? 
I was involved in organizing playhouse 2017. It was something very new for me as I was not involved a lot in the play. I got to work with many different people and friends and we went through many hard times together, which helped me form stronger bonds with my batch mates. It was a very fulfilling experience because we saw a huge audience and it was satisfying to see the smiles on their faces after enjoying the play. 

Elaborate on some difficulties you encountered during the planning of playhouse.
I was in the publicity team and we had several deadlines to meet, such as for the recruitment of playhouse. We needed a lot of communication between the different comms , which was quite tough. To overcome this, we always stayed active on our phones to make sure we know what’s going on, like when is the time to roll out new posters, etc. 

Are you involved in other directorates? How do you manage your time? 
I’m also involved in social and welfare directorates. Friends motivated me to join 3 directorates, as I get to bond more with them as well as make new friends!
